I'm soo sorry how late I've been to send this on here! I'm super (SUPER) behind on all kinds of things right now, and only this week starting to play catch up, but (drumroll!)... the Bones and Shadow series is now COMPLETE!

Everything gets darker... again
This book ended up being long, even with everything else - it's the longest book of the series, which is saying something, as book 3 ended up being pretty chonky as well.
It's also darker, which probably isn't a surprise with how book 3 ended. Leda is really struggling as she tries to help Caelum, and Caelum himself... well, he's not in a great situation for a large chunk of the book.
I don't want to give away anything about the plot, but I really hope the ending is satisfying to everyone! I have a bonus epilogue planned (probably as part of the Kickstarter first), and there is a new series coming that will answer even MORE questions about the world / characters, but this series is really meant to stand on its own, so I'm happy the feedback I've gotten so far is that the ending feels "right" for Caelum and Leda after everything they go through!

Paperback and Harcover Copies...
One last note ~ I've mentioned this in a few other places, but if you're hoping to grab a paperback or hardcover copy of these books, they're definitely coming, but you might have to wait a little bit!
I made the decision to release the first physical copies of the book via Kickstarter, where I'm producing three different Special Editions full of human-made art, with foiled covers, two different fantasy maps, one for books 1-2 and a different one for books 3-4 (again made by amazingly talented human artists!), and other bling, including from stretch goals hit by the initial Kickstarter, which took place in February 2026. The two fancier editions (the Gothic and Art Deco Special Editions) also come with sprayed edges, book jackets, and and covers that feature even more original art. The first Kickstarter featured books 1-2, and the second will feature books 3-4 (although there will be an option then to buy the entire sets, as well!).
I plan to sell special editions on my website after I've fulfilled all of those, likely in spring / early summer 2027, but they won't have everything the Kickstarter editions offer, as they'll be standalones without the art packs, will be priced differently, etc.
So yes, paperbacks and hardcovers are coming! (there will be less bling-y retail versions too, to provide a more affordable option) But unfortunately you might have to wait a little while to get your copy. :)
